This Baby 5 card from the One Piece TCG would benefit a control-oriented deck that aims to remove opponent's low-cost characters efficiently. While the ability to KO up to two of an opponent's 3-cost or lower characters is powerful, the restriction of targeting only specific cards makes it situational. Better cards for a similar effect might exist in the card pool, depending on the deck strategy, but Baby 5 could still find a place in a deck looking to control the board and disrupt the opponent's game plan.
