This Jinbe P-030 card would be beneficial in a control-oriented deck that focuses on manipulating the opponent's field and disrupting their strategy. In comparison, a card like Whitebeard - The Strongest Man in the World with higher power and counter stats might be a better choice for a more aggressive deck, but Jinbe P-030 could still see play in decks looking to control the tempo of the game.
