A deck focused on control and disrupting the opponent's strategy would benefit from using Tot Musica P-060 in a One Piece TCG deck. While it provides a powerful effect in being able to rest up to 2 of your opponent's DON!! cards by simply resting one of your Uta cards, there may be better options depending on the specific deck strategy. Considering the cost of 2 one-green to play, it could be worth including in the deck as a tech card for dealing with pesky opponent threats, though its overall playability would depend on the meta and deck composition.
