ST30-011 Buggy fits best in decks built around multiple **original 6000 power Characters**, especially Impel Down or Buggy Pirates builds that rely on sticky midrange threats and want protection from removal effects (bottom-decking, KO by effect, bounce, etc.). His effect lets you rest him instead when one of your base 6000 power characters would leave the field due to an opponent’s effect, effectively acting as a shield, and he also has **Blocker + 1000 counter**, giving him flexible defensive value. However, at only 1000 power, he’s very fragile and competes with stronger 2-cost blockers that provide better utility or survivability (for example, higher-power blockers or blockers with draw/filtering effects, depending on the color).
