Oars OP14-101 (8-cost, 10,000 power, 1k counter, yellow, Thriller Bark Pirates/Strike) is a very vanilla top-end body, so it would only really fit into a Yellow deck that cares specifically about the Thriller Bark Pirates trait or needs a large, simple beater—most likely a Yellow Gecko Moria or other Thriller Bark–focused build that can cheat out or gain synergy from that typing. However, in competitive terms, pure 8-cost 10k bodies with no effect are usually outclassed by cards that generate value on play or impact life, such as 8-cost Katakuri (life manipulation), 7-cost Big Mom (life pressure), or even utility-based boss monsters in modern Yellow lists that provide removal or advantage. Because Oars provides no immediate effect, protection, or pressure beyond stats, it is generally inferior to those options unless a specific trait synergy or future support makes it relevant, so at present it would likely see little to no competitive play outside of very casual or theme builds.
