This card, Orlumbus OP04-079, would benefit a control-style deck that focuses on disrupting the opponent's strategy by reducing their Characters' cost and removing key threats. While the ability to weaken an opponent's Characters can be powerful, the drawback of trashing cards from the top of your deck and KO'ing one of your own Dressrosa type Characters may limit its overall effectiveness. In comparison, there may be better options available in the One Piece TCG that offer similar disruption without as many drawbacks, making it questionable whether Orlumbus OP04-079 should see play in competitive decks.
