La carta OP13-075 del GCC One Piece sarebbe utile per un mazzo incentrato su Gol.D.Roger che si affida alle carte DON!! per la sua strategia. Questa carta permette di riposare e potenzialmente aggiungere un'altra carta DON!! per migliorare ulteriormente la strategia, fornendo al contempo al Leader un potenziamento in battaglia. Sebbene l'efficacia possa variare a seconda della configurazione del mazzo, potrebbe essere un'aggiunta utile ai mazzi che danno priorità alle carte Gol.D.Roger e DON!!. Potrebbero esserci carte migliori a seconda della strategia generale del mazzo, ma OP13-075 potrebbe comunque essere giocata in mazzi che cercano di massimizzare la sinergia e i potenziamenti in battaglia con Gol.D.Roger.
